1. Delay :
We kindly ask you to arrive on time ! In case of any delay of our guest, the duration of the treatment will be shortened in proportion to the time of the delay !

2. Cancellation :
If you cancel within 24 hours prior the treatment, 50 % of treatment fee should be paid !

3. Not showing up :
If our guest didn’t show up for the treatment and didn’t notify us prior the treatment, it will be considered that the treatment is fullfilled.
